Pursely runs entirely on your device, so we can't see your salary, your figures, or anything you've entered — there's no account and no server. That means when you get in touch, it helps to describe what you're seeing (a screenshot is gold).

Common questions
- Is my financial data private?
- Yes — completely. Everything stays on your phone; nothing is sent to us or anyone else. See our Privacy Policy.
- I've got a new phone — how do I get my details back?
- Pursely can privately restore your profile through your own iCloud (Apple's private key-value sync) when you're signed into the same Apple Account. Make sure iCloud is on for Pursely on both devices.
- How do I change or clear what I've entered?
- Everything is editable in the app, and you're always in control. Deleting the app removes its on-device data with it.
- I bought a subscription but it's not showing.
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In the app, use Restore purchases, and make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you bought it with.
- A figure looks wrong for my situation.
- Pursely's figures are estimates for guidance, not advice, and tax rules are complex (see our Terms). If you think something's off, email us the details — accuracy matters to us and we'll take a look.
